VIP Tickets are limited to 3,000 attendees, and the Friday evening vibe is quite different with more of a party atmosphere, so, beat the crowds and hang-out at the bar with the bike builders, the manufacturers, the brand bosses, the Bike Shed crew, and our BSMC Members. ... Plus, you can come back on Sat & Sunday with the same ticket. ...G'wan, You know you're worth it.

Weekend Tickets are always cheaper in Advance, and more on the Door, so buy yours now to save money & avoid the queues. VIP tickets will NOT be on sale on the door, and must be bought in advance.

If you don't get your ticket; 1. Check your Spam. 2. Check you are looking in the right email account
(It's amazing how many people put the wrong email down on their order, or spell their own email address wrong).

ON THE DOOR...

You can show your e-ticket as a print-out or on your smartphone. Once a barcode has been scanned, and you get your wristband, the ticket is "used" and will be invalidated. If you've bought multiple tickets, you can share them to your group, but each can only be used once. Don’t worry of they all your your name on them.

DISABLED TICKETS & ACCESS

Tobacco Dock is an accessible venue.

Service Dogs are allowed.

If you are registered as disabled, and need to bring a helper, we will offer them free entry.

CASHPOINTS

There aren't any ATMs at Tobacco Dock (so, fill yer wallets first) but most retailers will take cards, and we take card payments for tickets on the door.

ACCESS & PARKING

This is Central London, so parking is never easy, but, we do our best to make Motorcycle Parking as safe and practical as possible near the show venue:

We have secured most of Pennington Street for Free Motorcycle street parking.

PLEASE PARK considerately!

Please don’t bring your bike, get drunk and expect secure overnight parking. If you want to have a few bevvies, please take the tube or bus and enjoy the event, bike free. Tubes and buses are very close and there is a shuttle bus to the Bike Shed in Old Street.

Cars can use any of the various local NCPs, or paid street parking.

Sunday Access - RideLondon CYCLING Event

Note that there is a cycling event on Sunday 26th, with road and bridge closures across the city.

There is full road access to our show on the day, supported by the Mayor’s Office, TfL, Ride London and Tower Hamlets. Marshalls will help direct motorcycles to Tobacco Dock and public transport is unaffected.

SUNDAY ONLY - Access Wapping Lane via the A13 and Cannon Street Road (see below):

Motorcycles can access Wapping on Sunday. See map above

Cars may struggle to access Wapping on Sunday as Central London is heavily disrupted with diversions, however many roads will be open. There is an interactive Map HERE.

Many people will stay away from the City on Sunday, so some access roads may actually be quieter, especially if you come by motorcycle.

Please do consider coming by tube on the Sunday, and enjoy a more relaxed vibe.

Please note that we cannot give ticket refunds after 5pm on Fri 31st April.

If the event is cancelled Universe/Ticketmaster will refund all your money (which they hold until AFTER the event), so your purchase is safe.
